So if you think nothing is going your way, remember that somewhere out there, a dog or a cat is having it harder than you. Fascinated by music, movies and sitcoms, I'm passionate about social media and can't live without the internet, especially for all the cute dog and cat pictures out there. I wish the day had about 40 hours to be able to do everything I want.
It's fascinating how people can create a totally different image in social media from who they are in real life. Most of the time, what we see isn't really what we are gonna get. Scroll down below to find out what a REALLY bad day looks like, and just be glad you aren't one of these people! Or maybe you'll find them so relatable that you'll name them the Story of My Life. However if this series won't be enough to better your day, check out the hilarious photos from part one here.

Well, you'll be glad to know that you're not the only one who are having it rough. The truth is, animals also get in trouble and make mistakes. While it's extremely common to stumble across people having a bad day, seeing our furry companions having the worst days of their lives is just hilarious as well.
With its simple, wholesome tales of ornery animals and feel-good photo projects, Bored Panda has flourished by sidestepping the outrage. NewsWhip attributes Bored Panda's success to its light-hearted focus, noting that visual-heavy stories about dog-paw tattoos and horse mustaches were among the most shared stories across Facebook in September. Just like in the last slide, what we see on social media is not really what we get in real life so we must always know the difference. And like in everyday living, failure is not always what it seems to be. Most of the time, we are just focused on the things we fail at that we sometimes forget to see the silver lining in whatever we do.
Whether it's meditation or motivational quotes, everyone has their own ways of changing their mindsets. Our loyal readers tell us that Bored Panda always helps to lift them up when having a bad day. Of course, we love to cover inspiring stories, but at the same time, reflecting on the difficult times helps us to stay focused on the better ones. Like us, animals can also become anxious as a result of a stressful event. Hence, the effects of stress on an animal's body are stunningly similar to that of humans. Surprisingly, members of the animal kingdom have better coping mechanisms to deal with stress.
So, we can learn a thing or two from our furry companions on how to get through a very bad day and win over stress. And when our precious pets are involved, it's a given that they do everything in a more adorable way. Even when they're in a pickle, they still manage to look and behave adorably amusing. Let's face it, everyone has their own ups and downs. We all experience good days and bad days and that's just how life works. Sometimes, we complain about our misfortunes in life.
And sometimes, we prefer to keep it to ourselves to save us from humiliation. Nonetheless, we always find ways to get through a bad day and come out the other side. When our beloved companions are going through a rough day, they either just whine about it or handle it on their own.
It doesn't matter whether you favor dogs over cats, pigeons over bats or sheep over geese, we all love looking at funny animal pictures. But what's even funnier sometimes is reading other people's posts in response to the pictures, and then the posts in response to those posts, and then … well, you get the idea. But what hasn't been chronicled that well is animals going through a rough day, and we are about to change that. Our beloved furry companions have vile days too and they're just as painfully funny. Squirrels, horses, doggos, they've all had their fair share of 24 hours turned nightmare. Whether it's a spilled coffee or "as luck would have it" moment, get ready for a barely legal therapy list down below as compiled by Bored Panda.

Whether they pull a funny face or blink at the wrong moment, capturing each individual in a flattering light can be a real challenge.
But the struggle doesn't end with people—animals can be unphotogenic, too. Take this Hong Kong-based family of Shiba Inus for example. When Kikko, Sasha, and Momo are posing perfectly for their owner Yoko, Hina—the white pup—can't help but act silly. It also helps take the edge off a bad day because, you know, it could be worse. He was more interested in the visual arts than online business models, so he created blogs around art, advertising, and architecture. The visual content got a strong response; in one month his sites collectively garnered around a million visitors. That led him to strike out on his own, creating Bored Panda, a blog dedicated to fighting boredom with art and positive stories, from his Vilnius, Lithuania, flat in 2009.
As other viral publishers succumb to Facebook's algorithm changes, Bored Panda thrives with a mix of photos, animal stories, and funny lists. Parents are always after having a great time with their kids. This Dad was attempting to make his daughter's day even more fun.
However, his computation was a bit inaccurate and his daughter ended up falling on her face. The two-week study involved 240 adults completing reports on their emotional well-being at different times throughout the day. These reports aimed to capture how an individual was feeling in the moment, especially in regards to stress. The reports were to be completed at random times throughout the day. The only exceptions were the morning and end-of-day ones which also asked participants if they were anticipating being stressed ahead of time.

"Me coming back to tiktok after i got canceled for the 100th time," the video says, and it shows Laverne dancing around in a cat costume, covering her face in mock shame. Between seemingly trying to laugh the situation off and posting fan-made edits of her own apology livestream, Laverne's attempted return seemed to do more harm than good for her reputation. She quickly shut TikTok comments off and stopped posting across all platforms.
While the leaked audio wasn't received favorably, it proved to be the type of controversy Laverne could leverage for social media engagement. A TikTok she posted in September 2020 parodying her own rant received 4 million views, which is several times more than Laverne's average TikTok view count. While Laverne posted pictures with fans at conventions and meet-and-greets, she was also still climbing the Musical.ly social ladder herself.
Around December 2017, Laverne made a monumental shift in her social media brand — she started dating fellow Musical.ly star Cody Orlove. The relationship between Laverne and Orlove would last well into 2020, but the road was rocky, including a break-up caused by Laverne cheating. By 2012, Bored Panda was drawing an average of a million visits per month, and Banišauskas hired his first employee. Around that time he decided to let the artists he was writing about tell their own stories. Submissions poured in, reaching 100 a day, and many of the artists Bored Panda featured later told Banišauskas his posts had changed their careers, winning them new jobs, TV appearances, or fame in their communities. Bored Panda had more than three times as many engagements per post as its closest competitor, conservative news site Daily Wire.
In total engagements, Bored Panda ranked second only to Foxnews.com, and ahead of major news organizations like NBC, the Daily Mail, the New York Times, and CNN. The format quickly devolved into a cringe-inducing punchline. In response, Facebook tweaked the algorithm that determines which stories appear in its News Feed, and traffic to most viral publishers plummeted. Some sold, others changed strategies, others folded. "It has been such a positive response and such an upbeat process to be part of when so many things in 2020 have been so miserable/depressing/disappointing! I was going yo post this on my Facebook and other shares with people but as the article goes on there appears FAR too many with very inappropriate language and just using one asterisk doesn't clean it up. Plus, the postings seem to degrade into ones that aren't funny after a while. This website needs to do a FAR better job of monitoring their own website.
